Delete your account

You can delete your Green Light account and its data in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app

Open Green Light, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Write to greenlight-support@together-ledger.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete it and reply to confirm, within 30 days. Writing from that address is how we know the account is yours.

What deleting does

It's immediate and can't be undone. If your light is on, it goes out, and anyone you matched with sees only that. Your email address, first name, birthdate, password and sign-in are erased, and your visits, check-ins, taps and sessions are deleted.

Reports are kept for 365 days after each was filed and blocks stay in place, because they protect other people too. Match records go 30 days after the match ended. The same sign-in can't create a new account for 90 days. Backups clear within 30 days. The privacy policy has the details.
